1. General meeting 👋 Thanks to everyone who came out to the virtual or in-person meeting! It was a blast to talk with everyone and give information on how to be a part of our community!

2. Drylands have begun! 👟 The sign up for drylands can be accessed on the “Schedule and Sign Ups” tab of our website above! We require all individuals to sign up prior through Eventbrite (each session is capped at 25 members). Be sure to show up for attendance points! Those who sign-up and do not give a valid reason for being unable to attend will lose 1 point for each occurrence.
*NOTE* ALL drylands happening on October 2nd are cancelled due to the Dragon Boat practice at OH (this includes virtual and in-person). This practice has been rescheduled to October 1st from 6:00 - 7:30 PM! Visit our “Schedule & Sign Ups” page to book your spot!
3. Dragon Boat Practice at Outer Harbour 🐲 Thank you to those who have indicated interest in our October 2nd dragon boat practice. ! To provide the lowest fees and based on venue availability, have decided on the Toronto location (Outer Harbour)!
🕐 WHEN: The practice is confirmed to take place on October 2nd from 2:30-4:30PM (not 10AM) and convenient transport options are available (see below). 💰 RSVPs and PAYMENT: We require all of those who would like to attend to fill out the EventBrite form (https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/mac-dragon-boat-practice-oct-2-tickets-179596767767) and send an e-transfer to samantha.li2424@gmail.com with your FULL NAME and the subject line: "OH Dragon Boat Practice - October 2, 2021".
The security password should be macdboat (all lowercase) ASAP (an alternative cash method is listed on the event details on EventBrite). If e-transfer payments are not made by October 1st, 3:30 PM then you will lose your spot on the boat. 🚌 BUS WITH US! Additionally, we made note of transportation issues. For convenience, we have chartered a bus that will take us both ways between campus and OH. If you plan on getting to or leaving from the locations yourself, this does not apply to you.
If you would like to BUS from campus, meet us at The Oval @ 12:45pm - DEPARTING at 1pm sharp.
If you would like to BUS back to campus, we will depart from OH at 4:30pm
Please do sign up soon, we only have 40 spots available and this is a very valuable opportunity!
