Go to the Eventbrite on the “Schedules & Signups” tab or our linktree for more information and to sign up. Looking forward to seeing you all there
2. Crunch Fitness Sessions Crunch sessions are running again this week on Wednesday 17 at 7:00-8:30 am. We do ask that everyone do the following:
- Please meet at the crunch parking lot at 6:30 am on Wednesday
- We have rented out a space and we ask that everyone who intends on coming to crunch (regardless of if they are a crunch member or not) signs up for the crunch session via our Eventbrite
- Pay the ($15) General Membership fee if they have not already. Information can be found on the Eventbrite
3. MDBC Feedback form
There is now a link to a feedback form! We ask that everyone fills it out, but it is completely voluntary, and all questions are optional. It is an anonymous way to voice your opinions to us execs to improve the club. You can also find a link to it here: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=B2M3RCm0rUKMJSjNSW9HcvhfK_XCFKJIu7dRlv-yGipUODBUWTRVQU00MFk3SFZCR043WUdHTE5INCQlQCN0PWcu&fbclid=IwAR1l8-gjAITRIuPW1w1LFdDvALLgC996x2qJrMc2KH-MBXIRF0n2HfPximc
Please fill it in as soon as possible so we can begin to implement changes where applicable
4. Pool Paddle Practice
Pool practices are running as usual! Be sure to refer to our Eventbrite for a list of things you need to bring to the session.
5. Drylands Drylands are back up and running for this week! All sessions will be held inside DBAC so do bring a lock and student card to secure your belongings.
- Please complete these dynamic stretches BEFORE dryland: arm circles with march, zombie kicks, lawn bowlers, squat w twist – Message us if you would like a demo for any of the stretches
We want to emphasize that you will lose an attendance point if you don’t show up but signed up and if you cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the time slot.
For pool paddle practice and drylands:
If you have already attended 2+ dryland/pool sessions, and you have not paid the $15 team fee, please do so before arrival at the scheduled dryland. This is a one-time $15 fee to join the Mac Dragon Boat Club as a general member. Follow the instructions on the Eventbrite page for more information.
That is all for this week! If you have any questions, please direct it towards our social medias!
